Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone for New Year's Eve Fireworks Display

The U.S. Coast Guard is setting up a 190-yard radius safety zone in Tumon Bay to protect the public from potential hazards caused by the fireworks fallout during the New Year's Eve Fireworks display, and only authorized vessels will be allowed to enter the area.
