DoD Issues Final Rule on Domestic Source Requirements for Military Athletic Footwear

The US Department of Defense is implementing new regulations requiring domestic sourcing of athletic footwear for new military recruits, and expanding the definition of the National Technology and Industrial Base to include Australia and the UK.
