Discount Rates for Cost-Effectiveness Analysis of Federal Programs

The Office of Management and Budget updated the discount rates for cost-effectiveness analysis in 1992, as specified in Circular A-94, which can be accessed at https://www.whitehouse.gov/wp-content/uploads/2018/12/Appendix-C.pdf.
