Failure to Maintain and Carry Out Effective Security Measures-Notice to Passengers Transiting Ninoy Aquino International Airport, Pasay City, Republic of the Philippines

The Department of Homeland Security has determined that Ninoy Aquino International Airport in the Philippines does not meet international security standards. US aircraft operators and foreign carriers must inform passengers of this determination before flights to the airport.
