CNCS Updates Civil Monetary Penalties Regulations to Reflect Inflation Adjustments

The Corporation for National and Community Service is updating its regulations to reflect annual inflation-related increases to civil monetary penalties, as mandated by the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act Improvements Act of 2015.
