Notice of Funds Availability for Higher Blends Infrastructure Incentive Program (HBIIP) for Fiscal Year 2020

The Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC) and the Rural Business-Cooperative Service (RBCS), a division of the US Department of Agriculture (USDA), are offering up to $100 million in grants to support the expansion of renewable fuel sales through the HBIIP, with a focus on converting transportation fueling and distribution facilities to higher blend friendly status for ethanol and biodiesel.
