U.S. Department of State Seeks OMB Approval for Revised Nonimmigrant Visa Application Form

The Department of State is requesting a 60-day public comment period for a revised nonimmigrant visa application form, DS-156, which will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget for approval, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
