U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and Florida Department of Health Sign Memorandum of Understanding

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and the Florida Department of Health have agreed on procedures for the Florida Department of Health to access emergency response data from commercial nuclear power plants within Florida's 10-mile Emergency Planning Zone, as outlined in a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) issued by the NRC.
