U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Requests Review of Information Collection for Reactor Plant Event Notification Worksheets

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review of proposed information collection for three event notification worksheets: NRC Form 361, NRC Form 361A, and NRC Form 361N.
