NRC Requests Renewal of Information Collection for Low-Level Radioactive Waste Manifests

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for renewal of an existing information collection, which includes NRC Forms 541 and 541A, related to the Uniform Low-Level Radioactive Waste Manifest (Container and Waste Description) and Continuation Page.
