Exelon Generation Company LLC Receives NRC Exemptions for Spent Fuel Management Activities

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has granted exemptions to Exelon Generation Company, LLC, allowing the company to manage spent fuel at the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 1, without prior NRC notification, effective immediately.
