Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs Seeks Proposals for Spring Civic Education Workshop for FLEX Students

The Office of Citizen Exchanges, Youth Programs Division of the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs is soliciting proposals from eligible organizations to develop and conduct a one-week civic education workshop in Washington, DC, for approximately 100 high school students from 10 Eurasian countries participating in the Future Leaders Exchange program during the 2010/11 academic year.
