GSA to Redefine Minimal Value of Foreign Gift Items

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is updating the minimal value of foreign gift items in response to changes in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) over the past three years, as required by law. The new definition will take effect on January 1, 2020, replacing the previous definition that was last updated in 2017.
