General Services Administration Withdraws Rule on Final Payments for Construction Contracts

The General Services Administration (GSA) has withdrawn a direct final rule that revised internal agency approval procedures for processing final payments for construction and building service contracts, following receipt of an adverse comment, and removes the Office of General Counsel review for final payments.
