Notice of Product Exclusion Amendment: China's Acts, Policies, and Practices Related to Technology Transfer, Intellectual Property, and Innovation

The U.S. Trade Representative has amended a previously granted exclusion to allow the importation of certain goods from China, following a review of China's acts, policies, and practices related to technology transfer, intellectual property, and innovation.
