US Commission Seeks Public Input on Fuel Vapor Canister System Regulations

The US Commission is seeking public input on the potential impact of a recommended limited exclusion order against several companies, including MAHLE Filter Systems and Kuraray, for allegedly violating fuel vapor canister system regulations. The Commission is also considering a cease and desist order against Kuraray.
