US International Trade Commission Finds Violation of Section 337, Issues Exclusion Order and Cease and Desist Order

The US International Trade Commission has determined a violation of Section 337 and issued a limited exclusion order and cease and desist order, affecting Certain Microfluidic Systems and Components Thereof and Products Containing Same, and set a bond rate on imported products during the Presidential review period.
