U.S. International Trade Commission Finds Violation of Tariff Act, Issues Exclusion Order and Cease and Desist Orders

The U.S. International Trade Commission has issued a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders, prohibiting the importation of infringing digital video receivers and related hardware and software components, following a finding of a violation of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930.
