USITC Finds Violation of Section 337, Issues Remedial Orders for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, and Suspends Enforcement Pending PTAB Decision

The US International Trade Commission has determined that a company has infringed on a US patent for unmanned aerial vehicles, and has issued orders to stop the sale of the infringing products, but enforcement of these orders has been suspended pending a final decision by the Patent and Trademark Office.
