U.S. International Trade Commission Affirms Exclusion Order for Luxury Vinyl Tile and Components

The U.S. International Trade Commission has issued a general exclusion order and cease and desist orders against certain defaulting respondents for violating section 337, and has terminated the investigation into luxury vinyl tile and components.
