USITC Reviews Part of Final Decision in Section 337 Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to partially review a final initial determination finding no violation of Section 337 in an ongoing investigation, and will also affirm the finding of no violation after the review, ultimately terminating the investigation.
