U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Synthetic Roofing Underlayment Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial determination that terminated an investigation into synthetic roofing underlayment products, following the withdrawal of a complaint by the complainant.
