New Implementation Date for Voluntary Continuing Legal Education Certification Delayed Indefinitely

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is delaying indefinitely the implementation of the voluntary continuing legal education (CLE) certification, which is expected to provide at least 120 days' notice prior to any implementation.
