CPSC Proposes Changes to Disability/Accommodation Files Under Privacy Act of 1974

The Consumer Product Safety Commission is proposing amendments to its EEO Disability/Accommodation Files to expand the system's purposes and cover requests for accommodation based on sincerely held religious beliefs, practices, or observances, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
