Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection Establishes New System of Records for Public Health and Safety

The Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection is creating a new system of records under the Privacy Act of 1974 to collect and maintain information related to public health emergencies, in order to ensure a safe environment for Bureau employees, attendees, and those conducting official business.
