Use of Earth Stations in Motion to Communicate with Geostationary Orbit Space Stations in Frequency Bands Allocated to the Fixed Satellite Service

The Federal Communications Commission is seeking public comment on additional frequency bands for Earth Stations in Motion (ESIM) communication with Geostationary Orbit (GSO) satellites, which could enable innovative and flexible use of satellite technology and open up new opportunities for various applications.
