FCC to Consider Rules for Blocking Illegal Calls and Modernizing Media Regulation

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) will consider proposals to clarify rules for blocking unwanted calls and modernize media regulation, including a report and order to simplify leased access rate formulas and adopt service rules for the Aeronautical Mobile Airport Communications System (AeroMACS).
