US FCC to Hold Open Commission Meeting on July 10, 2019, to Discuss Spectrum and Auction Plans

The US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) will consider several reports and proposals related to spectrum allocation and auction plans, including a report on increasing flexibility for Educational Broadband Service licensees and a public notice on application procedures for Auction 103, an incentive auction of Upper Microwave Flexible Use Service licenses.
