FCC Proposes Rule to Improve EEO Compliance and Enforcement in Broadcast and Multichannel Video Industries

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comment on a proposed rule aimed at enhancing equal employment opportunity (EEO) compliance and enforcement in the broadcast and multichannel video programming industries, following a recent proceeding to eliminate the requirement to file the Broadcast Mid-term Report (FCC Form 397).
