FCC Adopts Digital Opportunity Data Collection and Modernizes Form 477 Data Program

The Federal Communications Commission has adopted a new data collection process that requires broadband providers to submit detailed maps of their networks and allows for public input on the accuracy of their deployment data, while also streamlining the existing Form 477 data collection process.
