Electronic Delivery of MVPD Communications; Modernization of Media Regulation Initiative

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is updating its rules for entities without a public file or Cable Operations and Licensing System (COALS) account to modernize the carriage election process, allowing online posting and email notifications for multichannel video programming distributors (MVPDs).
