US FCC to Hold Open Commission Meeting on December 12, 2019, to Consider Proposed Rules for 988 Suicide Prevention Hotline, 5.9 GHz Band, and Shared Use in 3.1-3.55 GHz Band
The US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) will hold an open commission meeting on December 12, 2019, to consider proposed rules for a national suicide prevention and mental health crisis hotline, the 5.9 GHz band, and shared use in the 3.1-3.55 GHz band, including the potential for unlicensed operations and Cellular Vehicle to Everything (C-V2X) communications.
