FDA Issues Final Debarment Order Against Stephen Kalinoski

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has permanently barred Stephen Kalinoski from providing services related to approved or pending drug product applications due to his felony conviction under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act). Kalinoski was given the opportunity to request a hearing but failed to respond within the required timeframe, resulting in the waiver of his right to a hearing.
