FDA Issues Guidance on Temporary Compounding of Hand Sanitizer Products During COVID-19 Emergency

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has released a guidance document outlining its policy for pharmacists to temporarily compound certain alcohol-based hand sanitizers during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, which is declared to have started on January 31, 2020.
