Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy Assessment Summary for Web Posting; Establishment of a Public Docket; Request for Comments

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA or the Agency) is announcing the establishment of a docket to solicit public comment on a proposal to publish a summary of FDA's review of Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS) assessments. The purpose of the docket establishment is to increase Agency transparency and promote exchange of information regarding the assessment of REMS programs.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as part of its continuing effort to reduce public burden and maximize the utility of government information, invites the general public and other federal agencies the opportunity to comment on a proposed information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. This notice invites comment on a proposed information collection project titled Public Health Crisis Response (PHCR) Cooperative Agreement. The Public Health Crisis Response (PHCR) Cooperative Agreement provides rapid funding to help existing public health programs respond to major public health emergencies and crises.
