Michael L. Babich: Final Debarment Order

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has issued a final order permanently debarring Michael L. Babich from providing services related to approved or pending drug product applications due to his felony conviction under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. Mr. Babich failed to respond to the proposed debarment notice within 30 days, waiving his right to a hearing.
