USDA Amends Guidelines for Designating Biobased Products for Federal Procurement

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is updating its guidelines to add 30 new categories for biobased products that will receive procurement preference from federal agencies and their contractors, in addition to existing categories for de-icers, lubricants, laundry products, and water clarifying agents.
