Rural Housing Service Adopts Final Rule for Single Family Housing Guaranteed Loan Program

The Rural Housing Service has finalized a rule to ease financial costs for non-depository lenders participating in the Single Family Housing Guaranteed Loan Program, allowing higher interest rates for interim construction financing and eliminating maximum interest rate caps for all loans.
