USDA Reorganizes Regulations Under AMS, FSA, and GIPSA

The USDA is transferring certain regulations to the Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) to reflect organizational changes and delegated authorities, enabling the AMS Administrator to issue and maintain regulations related to AMS programs.
