Credit for Carbon Oxide Sequestration

The US government has released final regulations for the carbon oxide sequestration credit under Section 45Q of the Internal Revenue Code, affecting companies that capture and dispose of carbon dioxide, use it in oil and gas projects, or utilize it for sequestration purposes.
