FinCEN Issues Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for Beneficial Ownership Reporting Requirements

FinCEN is seeking public comment on procedures and standards for reporting beneficial ownership information, as required by the Corporate Transparency Act, enacted as part of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021.
