Internal Revenue Service Invites Public Comment on Form SS-4 and SS-4PR Information Collections

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is seeking public feedback on its Form SS-4, Application for Employer Identification Number, and Form SS-4PR, as part of its efforts to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
