FAA Amends Class E Airspace at Oskaloosa Municipal Airport to Support New Instrument Approach Procedures

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has modified Class E airspace at Oskaloosa Municipal Airport in Iowa to accommodate new standard instrument approach procedures for instrument flight rules (IFR) operations, following the decommissioning of the airport's non-directional radio beacon (NDB) and cancellation of the associated approach procedure, in order to improve safety and management of IFR operations at the airport.
