U.S. Customs and Border Protection to Submit Bonded Warehouse Regulations for Review and Approval

The Department of Homeland Security will submit a request to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval of its Bonded Warehouse Regulations, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, to obtain public comments and agency feedback.
