FHWA to Prepare Limited Scope Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement for Wisconsin Highway 23 Improvements

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is issuing a notice to inform the public that a new Limited Scope Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (LS SEIS) will be prepared for proposed transportation improvements on Wisconsin State Highway 23 (WIS 23) from U.S. Highway 151 to County Highway P in Fond du Lac and Sheboygan Counties, Wisconsin, as part of the FHWA's environmental review process.
