EPA Withdraws Air Plan Approval for Rhode Island Due to Adverse Comment

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is withdrawing a July 3, 2017, rule approving a Rhode Island State Implementation Plan revision that included a reasonably available control technology (RACT) approval for a US Watercraft, LLC VOC emission source, following an adverse comment.
