Tennessee Valley Authority Updates Freedom of Information Act Regulations to Reflect Statutory Changes

The Tennessee Valley Authority has issued a final rule amending its Freedom of Information Act regulations to incorporate changes made by the FOIA Improvement Act of 2016, updating procedures for requesting and providing records to the public.
