EPA Approves New Hampshire's Air Plan Revisions for Open Burning and Incinerators

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to New Hampshire's State Implementation Plan (SIP), which establish rules for open burning and set emission standards for incinerators and wood waste burners, in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
