EPA Approves Arkansas Regional Haze State Implementation Plan Revision, Withdraws Federal NOX Emission Limits

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to Arkansas' Regional Haze State Implementation Plan, which sets nitrogen oxide emission limits for several power plants, and withdraw federal limits for those same plants, effective July 12, 2017.
