EPA Proposes Conditional Approval of New York's RACT Plan for 2008 Ozone NAAQS

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to conditionally approve a State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the State of New York for implementing Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT) for the 2008 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS), subject to the submission of a revised regulatory RACT requirement related to control of volatile organic compounds from Industrial Cleaning Solvents.
